OUR PROCESS

During this phase, we schedule a free in-home consultation. We’ll get acquainted with each other to see if we are a good fit. We’ll do a deep dive into your vision and make sure that we “get it”.

We begin with a Professional Service Agreement (PSA), which includes a fee. During this phase, our team develops preliminary designs based on your consultation, prepares 3D renderings, and creates a detailed written estimate. We then present the concepts and review the estimate together at our showroom, ensuring clarity and confidence before moving forward.

This agreement gets us to our next stage. We will collect a design retainer for the project based on the estimates provided. This retainer is applied towards the total project cost when we enter into a contract.

This is where your vision becomes a fully developed plan. We finalize layouts, select materials and finishes, update your 3D renderings with the exact selections, conduct jobsite walkthroughs with trade partners, obtain final bids, and confirm timelines and logistics. This gives you a clear visual of what your finished space will look like before construction begins.

Once plans and pricing are finalized, we prepare a clear and straightforward construction agreement. We review all details together to ensure complete understanding of the project before moving into the next phase.

During the building phase, we handle the details of ordering local materials, scheduling, oversight, and coordination. We provide regular project check-ins, keep you informed at every stage, and maintain clear communication throughout the process so questions or concerns are addressed promptly.

If changes are needed along the way, we’re happy to accommodate them. Our agreement will explain how costs associated with your changes will be handled.

As the project wraps up, we conduct a detailed final walkthrough to ensure quality and craftsmanship meet our standards. Any final touch-ups are completed before project closeout.
